Can i message someone elses ebay bidders?

Question

Some one is selling a similiar item on ebay. Can i message his bidders that have not bidded because of price is too high.

to bid on mine.

yes and no. you will be able to contact the bidder if there also selling items otherwise ebay usually stops you from doing so they say something like to prevent scamming and keep it safe they cant allow you to contact them. but you can always try it it doesnt hurt your account or anything like that
