yep you can and you can get the same crispiness that you would get if you fry it by wrapping it in microwave crisping paper.

You can try this, but I have and the results aren't as good as quick frying in Canola oil. What makes them so good is the crispiness of the wrapper.

Try this; microwave wrapped in a paper towel, just briefly to warm the center and then bake in a toaster oven (no paper towel) or oven at 350 for about 5-6 minutes to crisp

I think microwaving springrolls would make the rice paper wrapping gooey and make the inside ingredients loose their individuality.
