Can i mix 1 oz apple jiuce with prevacid for my 10 week old son?

My son was just diagnosed with acid reflux and prescribed prevaid. He won't take it on it's own. Is he to young to give him 1 oz of apple juice with it? It's the only thing i'm supposed to mix it with.

My son also had GERD so I know how hard and stressful this has been for you.He was prescribed Omeprazole which is just Prilosec mixed with other things to make it liquid and it was grape flavored not that at this age they know the difference but at least it's not a harsh medicaine taste and you probably shouldnt be giving him apple juice just yet it was months before my son could handle anything but cereal and formula

If he will drink it that way then i say try it. what did the docter say on how to give it to him?

all the doctors say not to give a baby juice until they are 6 months old but i gave my 5 week old some apple juice to help her with constipation. i think it is your own preference.
