  1. Do not take aspirin with ibuprofen. NSAIDs, especially ibuprofen, antagonize the antiplatelet and cardioprotective effect of low-dose aspirin. If routine NSAID therapy is necessary, diclofenac may be a viable alternative.

  2. It won't hurt anything but why not take one or the other? Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory, it will work on the headache but aspirin would probably work better. I would take one or the other and if you still have a headache in 3 hours I would take the other pills. Also take the recommended dosage but not if you are going to mix them. If you mix them don't take 2 aspirins and 2 ibuprofen at the same time. If you want to take ibuprofen why are you asking about mixing aspirin with them? Ibuprofen doesn't have aspirin in it.

  3. No no, the ingredients in ibuprofren and aspirin counteract eachother and therefore will cause both to not work. Take one or the other.

  4. it depends on how much you took before. if you are taking regualr amounts you can alternate the meds every two hours or so. i do it all the time because neither helps my headaches alone.

  5. yes.  The lethal does on asprin and/or ibuprofen is well over two full bottles.

    Pop away.
