Are you asking if you can cross marijuana with apples? If so, then the answer is no. The species are too dissimilar.

It is, in theory, possible to move genes from marijuana to apples. If you move the correct genes, and if they function in apple, then yes ,in theory, the apple will produce THC (the active ingredient in marijuana). Obviously in practice its not that easy.
