Can i move my old fantasy football team from last year over to this year if so how?

I can't answer your 1st question (idk) but the 2nd question is easy:

A keeper league is where you get to keep a certain amount of players for next season. For example: if your in a league where you can have 5 keepers, then at the end of the season, you select 5 players you want on your roster next season. So if you have LT on your roster this season and you want him next year, select him as one of your keepers and he'll automatically be on your roster next season.

Not that i'm aware of, you can get in a keeper league and then you can keep some players from year to year.
