Can i obtain visa in airport in minsk,,belarussia?

am living in a country there s no embassy of Belarussia?

Visa required. If arriving at Minsk-2 (MSQ) and:

- there is no consulate or embassy of Belarus in country of

  residence, a visa can be obtained on arrival. Fee: USD 80.

ALSO, its important you know that:

Applicable in all cases:

if visiting relatives, passenger must register with authorities

upon arrival and have registration entered in their visa.

If staying in hotel, this will be arranged by the hotel.

All passengers are required to purchase health insurance on arrival. Fees: 2 days - USD 1.-; 7 days - USD 4.-;

1 month - USD 15.-; 3 months - USD 45.-; 1 year - USD 85.-

Plus an additional fee of USD 5.-.

This applies assuming you are a citizen of Kuwait. If not, let me know and i will give you different information if there is any.

this is the only with an email, all other sources were in belarussian, write to this email and ask, otherwise? consult a travel agent? that is all i can find for you,
