  2. They usually like two forms of ID but, yes, I think your Polish ID card will do fine for one of them or you can use your passport. Your other needs to be proof of your permanent address and they like a recent gas, electricity, landline telephone or council tax bill addressed to you.

    If you're continuing to live in Poland but just want a British bank account, the regulations may be different.

  3. Yeah you should be able to. Well, there must be some way of opening a British bank account. Where else would your benefits go!

  4. It is not so easey to open a bank account for

    a UK national so i think your id card will stand

    no chance of doing so.You need to be in work

    also a passport pluss gas & electricity bills

    will be  needed and a permanent address is

    required.Maybe a post office account is your

    next opption.
