Can i open a checking account using my tax identification number in indianapolis IN?

Does any body know how to do this with out using a SS#?

  1. If you are using an employer id #, not ss #, you will need documentation to support that you are the owner of the business/dba with that ein  and that you have the authority to open the account. You DO this at the bank
