Can i open a skate shop with this?

yea i have 80 grand coming ilike a year and a half and i wana kno if i would be able to open a skateshop with that

nope you need at least $150,000 because

1.you would need a big space to store equipment and then the actual shop,displays,and if you sell apparrel then that

2. Skateboarding equipment is expensive and Im guessing you will be building top of the line boards like element, birdhouse, Almost, etc.... and also trucks, wheels, bearings, and others stuff can be extremely expensive

If there is a prominent skate shop in your town already it may be hard to get it up and running.

Skate shop or not, you are talking about a business.  You need a business plan to answer this question.  This is a lot of work.  There is a lot of research to do.  Is $80K enough?  Nobody on this site can tell you that answer.  How much is you rent for your space?  You will probably have to renovate that space, you have to buy inventory, you have to pay bills every month, display units, advertisement, sponsorship costs, etc.  

Also, realize that most successful businesses don't actually make profit for the first 2-3 years.  If you do your research and $80K isn't enough, you then use your business plan too recruit capital investors.  Good luck.
