Can i order a kitchen in London and pick it up in Austria?

Very unlikely.

Most companies in Europe only have shops in one country, or if they have shops in different countries, the subdivisions are completely separate.

But you can of course try, some might be able to work something out for you.

I am thinking about IKEA, a company that has shops in both countries as far as I know, but delivery from them is mostly done by private companies, not by a part of them.

But why not buy the whole kitchen in Austria?

If you buy a kitchen in one country to have it placed in an other, if you need after sales care or have complaints you will have to get round both countries laws again, and likely if you buy in London to have delivered in Austria, they will not give their normal care and after sales service.
