I know it sounds like a stupid idea but I am about to be evicted and i am $65 short of what i need for rent.Right now i have $115 in my account and i was wondering if i tried to take out $180 would it let me? I will be able to pay the 65 plus 35 overdraft fee the next time i geyt paid. I just wondering if the atm would let me do that.

  1.  Heres a good idea for you. I did this before with Wachovia and other banks. Deposit $10.00 into your account. But on the deposit slip say that the amount you are depositing is $100.00. So the machine will think you are depositing $100.00 when really its just $10.00. And you will be able to withdraw the whole $100.00 the same day. And when the bank catches this they will just charge you overdraft fee's for overdrafting, You will not get into any trouble for depositing a different amount then what you said. They just adjust your account balance and overdraft you.Good luck.
