  1. you can if you have a car and an internaional driver's license. that's it! ow, the international driver's license is valid only for 6 months. good luck!

  2. You must be 18 to fully own a vehicle, unless a parent or guardian is also in the title

  3. u can if u want to

  4. yes but you need your parents to sign for you my parents signed when i got my corvet!

  5. No. You have to be at least 18 years old to sign any contract. That's the law in all 50 states. So a dealer can't sell you a car. But a private party can. However, you'll never be able to get it in your name since the DMV will not do a Transfer of Ownership or a Transfer of Liability to complete the sale, since you aren't 18 or older.

That means you'll pay for a car that you will never legally own. You can never sell it either since it's not yours. You can't insure it either. And if anything should happen to you while driving it, it will be the original owner who will be held liable. So it's highly doubtful that a private party will take such a huge gamble and sell you a car.

I'm sorry to break such bad news to you but it's the truth.

  6. yepp

  7. Need a US drivers license and you need to BUY the car, not lease it.

    Plus you need car insurance

  8. no................u have to have a driving license from california

    plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz answer my question

  9. Yes, if you can afford it.

  10. You will need to get an international license or state drivers license before you can legally drive, but you should have no problem with either if you already know how to drive.  You can own a car, but legally it belongs to your parent/guardian until you are 18.  If you were to purchase a car, you would have to pay cash since no respectable financial institution will enter into a contract with a minor who's parents are not citizens.  After turning 18 you should have no such problems no matter what country you are from.

  11. Anyone can own a car at any age, you just can't drive it at any age.

  12. you have to get your drivers license in california

  13. If you've got the money, you can own anything you want.

  14. I think that you can. Like if your parents want to give you a car, they can legally transfer the car to you and then you can own it legally.

  15. Call the License branch near you and ask them specifically.  I owned a car when I was 15 and I was taking drivers ed.  I had to have someone with me, but since you have your own license, I do not see why you can't drive.

  16. yes

  17. ya IF U DO HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE THEN OF COURSE

  18. Your license must comply with US regulations.  You have to have insurance as well.  You can drive whatever you can afford.

  19. FIRST YOU HAVE TO GET A USA DRIVER LICENSE. YA YOU CAN GET A CAR IF U HAVE A JOB AND CAN PAY THE NOTE AND THE ISNURANCE

  20. yea ur old enough to drive a car  and u have a license so yea u could drive and buy the car

  21. yea, i think if you have the flags of your country on your car you can park it anywhere you want too : )

  22. well don't trust me, but i believe that you can.. that is just cause my family and I have driven in Mexico, and thats a different country...
