I have 1 paypal account but 3 ebay accounts. You can link a paypal account to as many ebay accounts as you choose

no because your ebay account is directly linked to your paypal account to stop fraud

yes  I bid my daughter pays on her card

just register to pay on pay pal that way you dont have to give pay pal a pernanent bank account. you only have verify yourself for the records.I do it all the time

edit    you only have to verify yourself when you open the account not every time.  but rememberyou cannot be paid by paypal for anything you sell
