I do not think you can pay your phone bill with a pre-paid phone card. Those are used to be able to make phone calls up to the limit of the pre-paid card.

  A pre-paid phone card and your phone bill are actually two different things.so you will have to pay your phone bill separately.

LOL, I doubt it. They probably compare that with trying to pay a credit card with another credit card. Just call them if you don't have the money right now and give them the date you can make the payment. They appreciate that and they realize that you're not being neglectful, just having a hard time.

To the best of my knowledge, no. Those cards are only good for making calls, not for paying bills. The money has already been spent to purchase minutes on those cards. They are not like gift cards or even pre-paid credit cards.
