Can i pay on ebay with a visa gift card?

is there any way i can pay on ebay with a visa gift card without going through paypal? ivw tried with paypal with my last card and i ended up loosing 1.95 and never geting it back..

you should be able to...check the website for any fees for special cards ie) gift cards, pre-paids, etc...
