The less you pay on time the more it costs you in interest although you know that already.  If you are in serious debt, the provincial gov. used to offer free counselors to work out payment schedules sometimes for less than what you owe because your creditors don't want you to declare bankruptcy and get nothing.  If it is a problem of managing your money better, they can help with that too. Look for a good phone provider.  Scrap the cell and the text messaging unless you can't live without it.  Then be prepared to pay big time.

yea....they rather you pay it then have a high bill left......trust me you dont want them calling everyday asking for the payment....
