If you are asking about Sea World San Diego the answer is Not exactly.  You can not pay extra to get in on a Blackout day with a Fun Card.  However, you can upgrade your Fun Card to a Silver Passport.  The difference is $40, but you get free parking(normally $10) with the Silver Passport.  So the actual difference is only $30 after you account for the parking savings..
