Can i pick and drop rent car in separate cities?

is there any rent a car which will allow me to pick up the car from manchester and drop it in their london office ???

for the coming bank holiday

not sure about overseas but in the US you can pickup at one city and drop at another but usually they charge an extra fee. Just call the rental place and make sure.
