Can i place my LCD TV on my DVD player?

Will it affect my DVD player in any way?

I think one important piece of info you left out is "What size is your TV? or How much does it weight?"  Generally, I would try to avoid it though......  They do sell those "trays or stands" (for lack of a better term that you can put over the dvd player and set your tv on top of it. Check out this link I attached.  You can probably find a better one but this will give you the idea.
