Can i plant trees like the below way???

actully first i will plant mango seeds in my backyar which cointins red soil.after they grow abt 2 feet,i would uproot them and then replant them in similar conditons in the monsoons in my farm.will this work???

You idea will work fine if you plan to grow quite a few trees.  If you want only a few I have successfully started several different mango seeds in pots with good potting soil or a compost mix and transplanted them when they were about a foot tall.  Taking them out of a pot is less stressful for them than digging and leaving part of the root system behind.  Be sure to use a large enough pot to start with.
