Can i play call of duty4 online with this internet speed on my pc

i just tested my connection in speedtest.net so it said (1007 kilobit/sec) of download speed and (200 kilobit/sec) of upload speed,,,,

i dont' want to host a game i just want to join a multiplayer game

Should be no problem, you may be a bit laggy, but not bad.

Yes, if your computer has a good enough graphics card (probably about 256 dedicated memory) and enough ram (about 2 gigs) than you should be able to play lag free. Good luck, it's a pretty fun game.
