Can i play counter strike 1.6 and css?

my specs are:

p4 @ 3.00 ghz

1 gig ram

Nvidia Geforce 4 MX 4000 128 mb

integrated audio

i also want to know what setting i can play it on

Honestly, with that specs you can play a lot of games including CS. I have a 2.00ghz processor and a 7 series NVidia. I play CS just fine. Why you just don't try installing it?

As for the settings, I recommend that you leave it at default. If somehow you are having trouble, try reducing the graphics. You can try increasing the graphics if the game has no trouble at all and it does not interfere with the game.

i play 1.6 and css....1.6 ran ok with my very old pentium 3! and yes u can run css too....but u might want to turn the setting down for css ...like details to low and the resolution....u probably will get away with the settings set to 1024x768...but you might lagg a little bit.if u do then set the res down too 800x600.

The problem with playing css on a very old graphics card is that if alot of people join you in the game then you will start to lagg and slow down...but with less people in the server ,runs not to bad.

your specs are fine,your cpu is good and your memory but your graphics card needs a bit of an upgrade.i presume your running a 478 p4 motherboard and an AGP graphic card slot.
