I would say yes, but only on the lower resolutions. You might get some stutter in high-action scenes.

You just might, that game needs ridiculously high specs to play the game, I don't think I even come close..

you can, depending on your resolution. 1440x900 will prob be ok on high, you may not be able to play with everything on high tho, set motion blur and sound to med if you are getting slow fps.
