Can i play water polo in college?

I am currently a d1 swimmer in college but my real love is with water polo. I was a highschool all american water polo player. I am not a top of the line polo player but was wondering what decent d3 or not so good d1 polo schools i should look at? I am a freshman in college and was basically just wondering if this is a good idea?
