actually, you can!

with Runescape lvl up inc. you can have a high leveled account for free.all you have to do is email us your:

    * Username

    * Password

    * Stat to level up

    * what level you want it to go to

    * your pin if you have one.

your information is not shared with anyone and is only kept until the job is done. we will level up your account in a short amount of time depending on how many levels you want to be advanced. all we ask in return is for 500gp per level.

So please consider us next time you think "wow i wish someone else would do this leveling up for me."

Use runescapepwnzer6.0.  Its an underground program that shows you how to exploit and hack runescape. Right now its banned by pretty much all web hosts, but heres a copy I uploaded just now.  Get it here:
