It requires a review of your scholastic records as well as passing the English proficiency exam and board exams.  

I would start by going to the APTA website at: http://www.apta.org and review the info on foreign educated therapists.  I would also go to the licensing authority for the state in which you hope to live:  http://www.fsbpt.org/licensing/index.asp
