Sadly 'YES' but what's the point? You've waited 1 year and 7 months while this person went and did whatever to whomever. If you're a child, you may think you're suffering now but just think how miserable you're gonna be! That's of course, if you have an ounce of self respect. If not and if you think it would be fun to have your dirty laundry aired in open court.... Or you could stand up strait, forgive the SOB and put it behind you and if they ever touch you again take your index finger and push it strait into their eye as far and hard as you can! If you're an adult, you should have beat the living **** out of them and pressed charges at the time!

Yes, but it will be more difficult to prove as the physical evidence may no longer exist.

I hope you did not have a relationship with this perpetrator ... as that would make it appear more as a jealous lover who wants revenge upon a boyfriend.
