Can i put 2 sister hamsters together?

they are syrian hamsters but i've heard that you can put the sisters together is this true? I don't want fight to the death battles if they can be avoided.

As you know syrians are solitary hamsters but this is the reason why you cannot put two females together whether they be from the same litter or not. They are more aggressive than the males and are less likely to tolerate another syrian be it female or male, brother or sister.

Syrian hamsters are territorial.It's not recommended to put 2 syrians together in 1 cage.If they are sisters they shouldn't fight as much but they may still fight.Having a bigger cage helps too! if they start fighting split them apart(get two cages).Hope i helped :)

NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are non social animals and they will fight to death for dominacnce. If you want more that one try getting dwarfs they co-habitate.  :^) Good LUCK

No.  I had two sister hamsters and they fought every night.  they got scabs on their bellies and i heard them yelling at each other.  If you really want two female hamsters then I would put them in separate cages.  Its not that fun to listen to your hamsters fighting each other in the middle of the night.
