Can i put a 'claim to ownership' on an abandoned plot of land in bulgaria ?

if so is it officially mine if no one comes forward to claim it within 10 years ?

I have heard it is possible, only if you have maintained the plot for those 10 years and can find neighbours/ witnesses to prove it in front of the court, when the time comes to claim it as your own. Still, you should check with a lawyer.
