No. the vehicle predates the iPod craze. You may be able to have an input created for your iPod but he cost of that would be similar to putting a new stereo in. If you don't want a new stereo you should go with one of the adapters like the ones that broadcast an FM signal your radio can pick up or wince you have a 97 it's possible you may have a tape deck and can  use one of those headphone to tape converters.
