  1. NO! in case of a fire your baby would be trapped.

  2. You can. My only worry would be in case of a fire....is there more than one escape route to and from the room? Just something to think about.

  3. You can put a newborn baby in a closet legally if you want. Rooms with no windows are not legally a bedroom. But you can use them.

Air circulation should be okay if you have a working vent in the room. Just make sure you have an emergency exit plan in case of fire or evacuation.

And if you want to lighten the room up if it is dark, you can paint it a light color and add a bright light to the corner.

Hope this helps and good luck.

  4. as long as you use some method of air circulation in the room and it is well lit when needed it should be fine

  5. Yes, as long as there is some means of air circulation and there is lighting in the room, it's fine.

  6. Not having ventilation is not healthy for anyone.

  7. widows don't matter, but never, EVER put a newborn baby in a room without a hungry rottweiller and a circus clown.

  8. i don't think it would be very healthy for them cause babies nead light

  9. We are all assuming you are not sticking the kid in, shutting the door and not interacting with the infant all day.....it is a loving interactive envionment that children need.

P.S.  Nite lights should never NEVER be on in a child's room, it interrupts the brain at nite in the development of chemicals that the brain needs and can only be created in darkness. This is what scientists are now saying, don't let them sleep with lights on or TV's etc., or those little blinking lights most DVD players have on all the time.

  10. yes as long as it is ventilated and well lit. just make sure they arent always in there. babies do need natural light.

  11. yah... why not?

  12. as long as it gets some kind of air flow it should be ok..... rooms need fresh air

  13. as long as there is plent of air in the room.. but its good for babies to have light.

  14. yes it will just make sure you keep up the ventilation, and moving air during summer months, would actually be a nice peaceful safe room for a new born too.
