  1. no she cant be with other mice because the other mice will kill the babies

  2. i put a fancy mouse in with my mouse that just gave birth the mother didnt care and instantly the fancy mouse was helping with the babys

    one of the other mice

    one of the young feeders

was aggressive and was fed to the snake they were all girls

NEVER PUT A MALE WITH A LITTER THAT ISN'T HIS

i cut strips out of paper and they loved it (computer paper

  3. If they are females it is fine, though if this is your female's first litter be prepared for the mommy to eat them...It is not unheard of, and though you shouldn't stress over it, it is something you should be aware can happen.  How to keep her happy...Well, keep doing whatever you're doing, though try and avoid touching her in the last week or so of her pregnancy.  Also, you may wish to supplement her diet with calcium enriched edible treats and things like that...And as for bedding, normal beddings fine...Carefresh, Super Shavings, etc.  You may put in tissues, paper towells, or things like that, though avoid Pine, Cedar and Aspen at all costs.

Well, that's all, and if you have any more questions feel free to send an email my way.  Good luck raising your babies!

EDIT:  Please do not listen to the above poster...The other females will not eat her babies, though first time mommy's may indeed grow stressed, though as long as she has enough food and water, she should be fine.  If the other mice give her trouble, you can always just remove them.  As they say, no harm, no foul.

  4. no put some give of divider in there

or put her in a small separate cage, they will eat the babies and the mother might eat them too if she is nervous or senses danger

  5. If the others are females it might be okay. I personally prefer that mother animals be kept alone for birthing and rearing as even if the other females don't kill the babies there are occasional fights over who gets to mother and care for them.
