Can i put a telus mobility phone on a bell plan?

I am on a bell plan but there is a phone i want from telus the LG keybo ( en v 2) is there any way that I can put it on my bell plan?

Call Bell Mobility and ask is the Telus set is compatible with their system. It may not be. They've been talking about phone number portability but not so with hardware.
