ive never heard of that before

but i have about eye shadow

you put loose eye shadow powder

on clear nail polish

that actually works.

Just go to the store and buy the color you want.

It could permanently color your nails - the color would have to 'grow out'.

Not a good idea.

Buy a good brand base coat, and use cheap stuff [ wet and wild, etc. ] for fad colors; then add a good top coat.

um just use regular freaking nail polish. dont make it so difficult.
