  1. this is kinda of confuing im guessing not

  2. You probably could but beware of them trying to chew their way out. If you have all of the supplies like water and food and a wheel it just might work. Just in case though you should have a lid with air holes.

  3. Allie! The answer is no you need an aquarium. You also need a cover over the top of it! Or get a Special plastic habitat made for them. It will chew a hole in the tote and you will be looking for a lost gerbil! Good luck

  4. Absolutely not!

Why don't you have a cage for these babies! Thats irresponsible, and Im sorry if I sound mean or harsh but what the heck?

And like the some of the people above me said, You should absolutely buy an aquarium mind you that won't cost more than 20 dollars, or even used 5 or 10 dollars?

Where are you parents? Why aren't they supervising this? I'm so angry!

Do you even have bedding, or a water bottle and the proper food?

    My god!

  5. no.  he may chew his way out and it's just not safe for him.

  6. my guess is no.

  7. I tried putting my rats in one of these temporarily for like 3 days till I could get them a permanent cage. In the 3 days that they were in there it got extremely hot because you have to keep the lid on so you dont have any escape attempts. The heat made it stink so bad in the tote and not to mention that its not properly airrated so it gave my little girls respitory infections. Which ended up costing me more money to get them to a vet. So in the long run it cost more than it was worth. Im gonna say no dont put your gerbil in there. Really bad idea.
