Can i put my sucker fish in with the baby mollies?

i had a new batch of babie mollies they were born the 30th or july. and i had cleaned their tank once and i axadentaly killed one (jumped out of the net and dog ate it. i know sad and descustng) and i cleaned it the 1st of this month and it is dirty again. befor i had gotten the pregnit fish i had up 5 fish and a sucker fish in the tank the fry are in and the tank never got that dirty. and after i cleaned the tank (when i had the sucker fish in the tank with other fish) i would always put less then 1 queter of an algi wafer in so he would eat.

anyway. i don't have the sucker fish in the tank and it is getting dirty VERY quick. is it alright if i put the sucker fish back in the tank with the baby fry?

i had taken the sucker fish out cause i was afrade he would suck them up be axadent

hi i have sail fin mollie fry and sword tail fry and in with them I have a very handsome golden sucking loach, when i purchased him I was told he would be small he is now 10cm but he may be fast but he does not try to chase the fry. How big is your tank.:) Go for a sponge filter if you have filter probs.

The fry should be just fine.  Pleco's tend to eat plant matter so it should leave the fry alone.  The most likely issue will be them getting sucked up in the filter or getting eatten by the parents.

No, most sucker fish as you call them feed at night. Your mollies will be sleeping on the bottom. Any sucker fish will think it is food and eat it. Try syphoning the gravel a little each day to get the dirt out and it should get better. Since the fry are small take a gallon size plastic bag fill with water that has been sitting for a couple of days. I keep mine in milk jugs, so they are always ready. Let the water in the plastic bag sit in the tank for 30 minutes to get the temp the same as the tank. When I breed my fish I take all other fish out of the tank. It might be a little more cleaning but more fry will live.
