Can i put my tv on top of my dvd player?

Question

i am trying to conserve room space in my dorm. The top of my tv is slanted, it is about 23 inches. Would it hurt my dvd player if i put the tv on it?

fold up a towel and place on the slanted part of your tv to make it flat then put your dvd player on that

the front of the dvd player will be on the tv and the back will be on the towel

yea a dvd player shouldnt hold more than 10-15 punds.

As mentioned, a tv is a lot of weight for a DVD player.  It may also cause it to overheat & not read well.  If  the TV is not slanted too much, heavy duty hook & loop fastener (like velcro, but has better grip ) may hold it for you.  It is available @ home improvement stores.
