Can i put songs on my ipod without using itunes?

its really pissing me off. ive lost songs on my ipod twice now, third time today! i dont like itunes AT ALL. considering changing ipod to not have to use itunes. the ipod is good is there another way to transfer songs onton it witout itunes? :@

Whats wrong with it, I have had 2 now and never had any trouble with iTunes.

Songs only come OFF your ipod if you have unchecked them in iTunes. Check your iTunes library, if the songs do not have a tick next to them, then tick them and they will resync back on to your ipod.

limewire, I don't know how to transfer it onto your ipod, but in this same catagory I read someone's question and they say they can download limewire songs onto their ipod.
