some states have requirements that you cannot put anything that is considered offensive,  but give it a shot, worse thing they can say is no.

The only reason you couldn't get "SCURBIES" on your plates is if someone already has it.

Remember you will have  to pay for it.

i don't see why not.

what you have to do is send it in as your 1st choice (have a 2nd choice on the paper as well) and if you end up getting your 2nd choice, it means one of two things:

1. it's already taken

2. the answer to your question is no.

I don't see why not if it is not already taken. I think that you only get up to 7 letters. Go for it. I know a guy who wrote the word

No because its more than 7 characters. Sorry. You have to drop a letter in order to do so.
