Can i put together one amp with one subwoofer?

the subwoofer is pioneer 1000 watts, 350 RMS, and 4 ohms. The amp is 1000 watts, 2 X 250W RMS @ 4 Ohms, 2 X500W RMS @ 2 Ohms, 1 X 1000W MAX @ 4 Ohms (Bridged).

You sure can.

With these power numbers, you need to leave turn the gain (power) down on the amp.  Don't turn the power down in the head unit, it just makes the signal weaker.  Distorted signals damage speakers, just like too much power.
