Can i read detective comics issue 27 anywhere online?

i dont know for sure about that since ive never read it anyways.

i know you can find torrents of scanned comics online to download though.  or, go buy Batman: Year One, which is Frank Miller's modern reimagining of Batsy's origins.

DC doesn't do on-line comics, but they do have origin stories.  I think, in Detective Comics #27, the origin was only one page.

I will be willing to bet you can find it through bit torrent. Try a bit torrent search engine and see what you find, I like to use btjunkie.
