Can i recover a video i deleted from my camera??

Nope. Sorry. It stinks so badly when you lose a video. Especially a good one.

If you have not formatted the card or taken photos or videos over it you PROBABLY can recover it. Most of the time the camera just deletes the entry on the allocation table it does not erase the files. You write over the files as the allocation table shows that part of the memory is empty. There are programs to recover data. The only shareware one I know of is here

No.  You have to be careful.  It's deleted from you're memory card and then it's gone
