Can i refridgerate the pretzel dough?

im gonna make pretzels... but can i refridgerate the pretzel dough for about an hour before i dothe whole boiling thing (you have to put them in bioling water for 30 seconds).

  1. Yeah but bring them back to room temperature before boiling them.
