Can i regester my super bike in Nebraska to be Road Legal?

I have a super pocket bike with working tail lights, headlights, directional signals, license plate holder everything!!

If your pocket bike (minibike) has an engine larger than 50cc's and tires bigger than 14 inches in diameter, then you need to register it.  I think if you are missing one of these criteria, then it is already illegal, registered or not.  I have a feeling they will not let you register it or allow you to use it on the road at all.

Those toys do not have a paper that they need to get on the road. Kids ride then and they can only ride in the drive way and yard.

I would ask Nebraska Motor Vehicle Division. It should be list in the government listings, blue pages.
