Can i register a car in my name and put it under my dads insurance policy?

i want to buy a car and put it in my name but i want the insurance to be in his name or should he just put that car under his policy in his name. like can a person have 2 or 3 cars in their names under the same insurance?

you can have the title in your name and your dad can carry the car on his insurance.did it for my son

You can have multiple drivers on the same insurance policy.

When I was 17 and got my first car I had the car fully registered in my name and no one elses, BUT, I had to go on my mom's insurance policy because I was under the age of 18.
