  1. Yes you can. If it was a Pit Bull or one of the other prohibited breeds you would have a problem but a Staffie will be OK. You must satisfy Australian quarantine requirements, but from NZ they're not very onerous.

    See http://www.daffa.gov.au/_media/documents... for full details.

  2. You should be able to ,provided your dog is healthy and has been vaccinated regularly. However, your dog might be quarantined for a couple of days to make sure he has no diseases.I guess it is mainly a matter of organising all the documentations and a proper kennel. Also, you need to check the regulations with the airline.

  3. yep, i actually moved my dog from home in america to australia and all was great. he was taken care of very well and the people were great. although the cost was astranomical. plane flight was more than mine, vet bills huge (got to be up to date with everything plus more) although america has rabies so that didnt help, and then theres the aussie quarantine which is super expensive. but the company we chose did this for a living and no problems. we were thinking of doing it on our own but after all the paper work ect we ended up paying someone as if something is wrong they could of had him in quarantine for up to 6months and then still shipped back. not sure of the rules from nz though but id definitly reccomend getting a company that deals strictly with international moves for pets.
