  1. I don't think so, you can from Mac to Mac through ichat and then screen share, Check out Ichat and screen share on the apple website.

  2. Yes - use VNC software like Tight VNC or Ultra VNC if you are on a LAN. The software is available in Windows and MAC Versions

    If you are doing remote control over the web, use a site like Logmein.com
