Can i rent a cabin at the age of 18?

I am currently 17 but i am trying to organize a senior gettaway party after high school next year so i will be 18. can i rent a cabin or am i too young? if it matters i live in minnesota.

Once you are 18 you are legally able to enter into a contract and so you can then rent a cabin

at 18 everything is legal. you can do everything that an adult can do.

I wouldn't see why you can't....at 18 you can have credit cards, bank account, own a business...you would be considered an adult!

if you are 18 you can rent a hotel room i know for sure.

I don't see why a cabin would be different.

Don't forget if you rent it you are liable for all the people.

Aka make sure you don't invite people that get too crazy with underage drinking.

umm actually yea because urconsiderd a adult that can make his qwn choices but u have to sign forms and leases and u may have 2 have ur license but other thann  that of course u can

I don't see why not.  You are old enough to rent an apartment.  You will have to prove, to a possible landlord, that you are reponsible enough by paying a deposit.  In most cases cabin rentals are made months in advance and you may need a credit card.

Beware.  A weekend get-a-way with a bunch of high school graduates usually means partying.  You will not get your deposit back if the place is tore up.  That is where responsibility comes into play.  If the deposit does not cover any damages they can legally come after you with lawsuits, to repair any damages.

Legally yes but a lot privately owned ones will have their own age, and may not accept large parties or single-s*x parties.
