Can i replace eggs for egg beater when baking?

well i want to try baking say a pie with egg beaters instead of real eggs would it be ok? and if it's ok ,what amount of egg beaters do i put for 1 large egg?

  1. Yes you can.  1 large egg = 1.5 fl. oz. egg beaters.

    FYI:  Egg beaters are essentially egg whites with yellow food coloring.


  2. You could try using an egg beater instead but you might break your teeth on the metal.

  3. Yeah, it'll work just fine.

    Check the package. Egg beaters gives the correct amount. My guess would be maybe 1/4 cup or so.
